Step One: We Get to Know You
Lots of property portals can help you narrow down your search in terms of numbers of bathrooms or parking spots. We get to know you. Your family, your budget, your educational goals, your long-term plans. This enables us to tailor our search to you.
Step Two: Property Search
With an understanding of your specific family’s needs, we search vetted properties in great popular neighborhoods like Envigado and Laureles, as well as others that might not have been on your radar at all, but which might be a perfect fit for you.
Step Three: Negotiation & Closing Process
